Competition Guide
1. Introduction
The SC ISD CUP is a Mountain bike one-day race carried out under the Regulations of the International Cycling Union.
It is to be held on the 25th September 2011 in the city of Donetsk, Ukraine.
The course is laid inside and around the Central Scherbakov Park of Culture and Rest.

2. Organization
The SC ISD CUP mountain bike race is held under aegis of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Donetsk City Council and Ukrainian Cycling Federation.
Mr. Oleksandr O. LUKYANCHENKO, the Mayor of Donetsk City is a Head of the Organization Committee.
Immediate organization of the competition is carried out by the ISD Sports club (Ukraine) and Cycling Federation of Donetsk Region.

4. Type of event
The event is included on the UCI MTB Calendar and registered as a Cross-country Olympic Class 1 one-day race (Class 1 - XCO).
The event is open to riders of the categories:
- Men Elite
- Women Elite
Riders of the categories Under 23 men and women can ride the events for elite men and women respectively according to article 4.1.004 of UCI Cycling Regulations.
5. Participation
The event is open to the National Teams, UCI MTB Teams, Regional Teams, Club Teams and individual riders.
6. Race headquarters
The race headquarters shall be opened starting from the 24-th September 10:00 a.m. and located at the address: 97, Artyoma str., of. 609, Donetsk, 83001 Ukraine.
The distance from the race headquarters to the start / finish zone is about 2 km.
Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at the race headquarters from 16:00 to 17:30 on the 24-th September.
The Team Managers’ Meeting organized in accordance with article 1.2.087 of the UCI Cycling Regulations in the presence of the Members of the Commissaires’ Panel, is scheduled for 18:00 on the 24-th September at the address: 97, Artyoma str., Assembly Hall, Donetsk, 83001 Ukraine.
7. Course parameters
The course is made according to the UCI Regulations.
The course is laid on the territory of the Central Scherbakov Park of Culture and Rest around the city ponds. The total length of the circuit is consists of 5800 meters.

9. Prizes
The prizes are awarded according to the 2011 UCI Financial Obligations.
10. Antidoping
The antidoping tests will take place at the address: 1d, Stadionnaya avenue, Donetsk, 83102 Ukraine
11. Awards ceremony
In accordance with article 1.2.112 of the UCI Regulations, the first 6 riders of the event have to attend the official awards ceremony.
12. Penalties
The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable.
